WhatsApp Web is not another WhatsApp account. When you use WhatsApp on your computer and your phone, you are simply accessing the same account on these two devices.
There are a few minimum requirements to enjoy WhatsApp Web:- You need to have an active WhatsApp account on your phone.
- You need to have a stable internet connection on both your phone and your computer.
- You need to use the latest version of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Opera as your web browser.
Step 1: Open https://web.whatsapp.com/ on Google Chrome browser.
(Only Google Chrome browser is supported now so, make sure to install it on your Computer/Laptop )

Step 2: Click on WhatsApp Web in your whatsapp menu on your smartphone (Make sure you have lastet version of whatsapp installed).

Step 3: Now you will get a screen for instruction to how to scan QR code just click on OK, GOT IT.

Step 4: Now scan QR code which is visible on your Computer/Laptop by using your smartphone.
Step 5: After successful scan you will see your whatsapp chat screen on your Computer/Laptop
